El Capitán’s Mentorship is a program designed to help fitness professionals bridge the gap between certifications and real group fitness leadership. Eric already had a clear mission and a loyal following, but we sought to posiiton El Capitán’s Mentorship as the essential next step for coaches who wanted more than technical skills—they wanted to become industry leaders, master group fitness instruction, and cultivate their own communities. The program needed a clear brand identity, compelling messaging, and a strategic launch plan to reach the right audience.
